FoodGenz Privacy Policy This policy explains what personal data FoodGenz ("we") collects through the FoodGenz customer, restaurant partner and delivery partner apps and website, and how it is used. 1. Data we collect - Account data: your mobile number, and optionally your name and email address. - Delivery data: the addresses you save and, while you use the app, your device location to find restaurants that deliver to you and to deliver your order. - Order data: what you order, from which restaurant, bills, coupons used, ratings and reviews, and support conversations. - Payment data: payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay or Cashfree). We receive the payment status and a transaction reference; we do not store your card or UPI details. - Delivery partners: identity and vehicle documents, bank details for payouts, and location while you are online so orders can be offered to you and customers can track their delivery. - Restaurant partners: business documents (such as FSSAI, GSTIN, PAN), bank details for settlements and staff phone numbers. - Device data: a push-notification token and basic app/device information used to send order updates and keep the service secure. 2. How we use it To create your account and sign you in with one-time codes; to show restaurants and menus near you; to place, deliver and track orders; to process payments, refunds, invoices and payouts; to provide support; to prevent fraud and enforce our terms; and to send order updates and, where you allow it, offers. 3. Sharing We share only what is needed: with the restaurant preparing your order and the delivery partner delivering it (name, delivery address, masked phone number); with payment, SMS/WhatsApp, maps and notification providers acting on our behalf; and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data. 4. Retention We keep order and invoice records as required by Indian tax law. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete or anonymise your personal data except where we must keep it by law. 5. Your choices You can update your profile and addresses in the app, turn off location and notification permissions in your phone settings, and request access to or deletion of your data by writing to hello@techiegenz.com. 6.
