FoodGenz Terms of Use By using FoodGenz you agree to these terms. FoodGenz is operated by FoodGenz and connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery partners. - Orders: menus, prices and availability are set by restaurants. The bill shown before you place an order (items, fees, taxes, discounts) is the amount you pay. - Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge until the restaurant accepts your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible. - Payments and refunds: online payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds for cancelled or rejected paid orders are returned to the original payment method or your wallet as described in the Refund Policy. - Conduct: do not misuse the service, place fake orders or abuse restaurant or delivery staff. We may suspend accounts that do. - Liability: restaurants are responsible for the food they prepare.
